UPDATE: Deija and Lola kidnapped!

Everybody here is worried. What are they going to do to our most our most respected residents? So far we did not receive a ransom note or anything like that. But with Halloween coming up, we expect the worst. We’re sure you know what they do to Mannequins on Halloween. All our residents have seen their share of brutally slaughtered friends, some were brutally beaten, others chopped to pieces or hung from the next tree.

And all this in the name of good, clean family fun!

It’s for the children, they say.

Needless to say, we had to cancel our own Halloween party, since none of the residents feel safe anymore. The events were especially hard on T1001. He took over security since his arrival and everybody felt safe with him around. But last night he had to deal with a pack of coyotes in a different part of the habitat and did not even know the kidnapping was happening.

At an emergency meeting it was decided to immediately install a comprehensive security system. We called a local company and they promised to start the work today.

Deija and Lola kidnapped!

Last night our receptionists were kidnapped. Deija and Lola are gone. Our attempt to give them a safe home was unsuccessful. Unfortunately this heinous crime forces us to massively upgrade security and eliminate public access to ManneCamp. Once again the personal greed of a few ruins it for everybody.

We will miss you girls but still hope for a safe return.

A Wedding at ManneCamp

One of our long time supporters asked if she could have her wedding at ManneCamp. Of course we agreed and it was a fabulous event. More than 100 people came and it was a great party.

6 foot tall, full of muscles

Meet T1001, our newest resident. He just arrived yesterday and immediately volunteered to help with security. When asked about his name, he just smiled: “I’m better than the T1000.”

Welcome, and we’re glad to have you on our side.

New door improves security

As part of our efforts to improve security and reduce the number of unauthorized visitors, we installed a new door. It also helps to keep mosquitos and other pest away from ManneCamp. Our residents are very happy with this improvement.
